Note: If there are PS2 emulators out there, go nuts and good luck, but I have had terrible luck with every emulator later than the gameboy advance.
This program works a dream on everything from windows XP SP 1 to windows 7 ultimate. If you need the game burned to a disc, I highly recommend getting Nero 7 essentials, and then just "burning image to disc" with 16X burning. To play the game, you will need either a chipped PS2, a Japanese PS2 that is capable of playing copied games (either with a disc loader or hardware mod) or a PS2 with HDD ISO booting. An easy way to extract the game is to just go into one of the "parts", click and drag the game onto another folder, and it will magically appear without having to touch any of the other parts. Once you extract the game, it will be taken from all of the parts and appear in the same folder that your downloads are in. In order to download these games, make sure to download every "part" of the gamefile, and MAKE SURE that you have winrar installed on your PC. Each time I upload a new game, I'll add it to this post, so far I have DM 2nd, DM 3rd, DM masterpiece silver, DM masterpiece gold, Guitar Freaks/Drummania V1 and Guitar Freaks/Drummania V2 I am essentially ripping all of the Playstation 2 guitar freaks/drummania games and uploading them here for you to download and play.
